Village Capital, a grant-supported 501(c)(3) and a global organization supporting diverse, seed-stage, impact-driven startups, is seeking a contractor to provide graphic design support to Village Capital’s Communications team. The contractor will help design Village Capital’s communications materials for multiple accelerator programs in Africa, Europe, MENA, Latin America, and the United States, including social media posts, newsletters, decks, entrepreneurs’ profiles, reports, among others.
The contractor should have experience in graphic and editorial design, be proficient in the Adobe suite, be fluent in English (and ideally, in Spanish), and be able to generate clear ideas and concepts for campaigns (shown in their portfolios/books).
Scope of Work
The contractor is expected to complete the following deliverables:
- Hands-on design of program collateral: Design static graphics and GIFs/animated graphics to promote entrepreneurs’ profiles
- Design visuals for blogs and newsletters within VilCap’s guidelines
- Edit short-format videos
